Remote Support

Tech Beam Media offers Remote Support for a number of scenarios. With Remote Support, there’s no need to bring your equipment to us and we can usually have your problem fixed quickly.

Instructions

1. Click the download link below to download the Remote Support Client.
2. Save the file to your computer. We recommend you save this to your Desktop so it’s easy to find.
3. Double click on the tbm_rsclient icon.
4. A security window may appear. Click the Run button.
5. Another window may appear. Click the Yes button.
6. The Remote Support Client should open.
7. Provide the Internet ID and Password to your support representative.

When the support session is over you can close the program and delete the agent6.10 file from your computer.
Unless the Remote Support Client is running on your computer, we will not be able to access your system.
